My diet itself is not extreme, but the steps to take are extreme:

when you first read it, you will get mad, say that this is not needed, and that you will continue to live like you have always lived. Note that change comes with great effort. Changes shapes you.

How many times do you think has someone flipped my entire world around and I had to find out that all I knew, all I believed was a lie. I could have looked away and labeled it as conspiricy theory, but actually no – I couldn’t. I can’t and won’t look away like everyone else. This is why I am at the exact point in life that I am, that’s the reason why I fixed most of my problems.

Improving your diet takes time, effort and money, BUT it will reduce your time at work because of your brain starting to function again
